
There are two options a DoorDash driver can take if a restaurant should only take cash.
1. If you have cash you can pay for the order yourself and get reimbursed by DoorDash
- Pay with your personal cash.
- Take a picture of the receipt.
- Submit a reimbursement request through the support form link using the Payments category: Support form link.
2. If you do not have cash you can contact support
- Click Help (iPhone) or ? (Android) in the upper right corner of the app.
- Select Something Else.
- Press Start Chat with support agent.
- Inform the support agent that the restaurant only accepts cash.
