What Is Veo?

Veo is an e-scooter, e-bike, and bike app that makes you daily commute easier and faster. Download the app and grab a Veo e-scooter, e-bike, or bike, and enjoy the ride. To finish your ride and stop the fare, just tap the End Ride button in the app or push down the lever on the bike lock. Veo will do the rest!

How Does Veo Work For Customers?

Find the closest e-scooter, bike, or e-bike.
Scan to unlock! Scan the QR code (or enter the scooters or bike’s ID number) to unlock it. Enjoy your ride!
Park in a designated parking zone (shown in the app) when done. To finish your ride and stop the fare, just tap the “End Ride” button in the app or push down the lever on the bike lock. We do the rest!

Rules Of Riding With Veo

Age Requirements

18+ bikes, e-bikes or e-scooters
If you are at least 13 years old and have parents or guardian permission, you can ride Veo’s pedal bikes.

Wear A Helmet

Unfortunately, accidents happen. A helmet can save your life.

Ride In Bike Lanes

Follow the flow of traffic.
Ride in bike lanes when available.

Parking

Keep walkways clear.
Don’t park on private property.
Check for designated drop zones.

Know Your Zones

Know your ride-zones. If your scooter should come to a slow stop, you may be in a No Ride Zone.
