How to check order status
On The App
- Tap the 3 stacked horizontal lines in the upper left corner.
- Tap Your orders.
- Tap an order to view its status.
On The Website
- At the top right, click either Account or Hi, [Your Name].
- In the drop-down menu, click Your orders.
- Click on an order to view its status.
