How to cancel your order for mobile app users:
- Select the order from the Orders tab.
- Tap “Help” in the top right-hand corner.
- Under the Help Menu select “Cancel Order” or click on the “Cancel Order” button in the Order Details section.
- Follow the prompts on the screen.
How to cancel order for desktop users:
- Select the button with three lines on the top left-hand corner.
- Select Orders and choose the live order you’d like to cancel.
- Select “Help” on the right-hand side.
- Select “Cancel Order”.
- Follow the prompts on the screen.
You can cancel your order before it gets delivered. However, your eligibility for a refund depends on the status of the order.
Order Status
- Restaurant has not confirmed order and a Dasher has not been assigned.
- Full Refund.
- Restaurant has not confirmed order, but a Dasher has been assigned.
- Partial Refund.
- Restaurant has confirmed order, but a Dasher has not been assigned.
- No Refund.
