- Open up the Uber app.
- Connect to CarPlay.
- Note: You can do this by using a cord or by connecting wirelessly in your iPhone settings.
- Once connected the driver app will show up on your CarPlay screen.
- To go online click go on your iPhone.
- Note: you can only go online from your phone.
- When a ride comes in a panel will appear on your cars screen with trip details you can either accept or decline.
- Once you’ve accepted you will be shown route details along with other routes you can take.
- Once you arrive at the riders pickup spot select start trip on your cars screen to begin the ride.
- Note: While on a ride a trip request panel will pop up on your cars screen allowing you to accept or decline.
- Once you’ve arrived to your riders destination a new panel will pop prompting you to complete the trip.
- When done for the day just tap go offline your iPhone.
