If you should unfortunately lose an item and your driver confirms that your item has been found, be considerate of your driver’s schedule and find a time that is convenient for both of you. Once the item has been returned you will be charged fee for the driver returning it.
Note: Neither Uber nor drivers are responsible for the items left in a vehicle after a trip ends.
