
How It Works
- On the Uber Eats app and enter your delivery address to check availability.
- Browse and order alcohol from select merchants in your city.
- Place your order and follow along as your order is prepared and delivered.
Note: To receive alcohol you must be 21 or older and have a valid government issued ID verifying your name and age. You also must not be intoxicated, to receive alcohol.

Valid government-issued IDs that will be acceptable upon delivery
- US driver’s license.
- Passport (US or international).
- US state ID.
- US military ID.
IDs that aren’t acceptable
- Library cards.
- School IDs.
- Debit cards.
- Identification without a photo.
Note: If the alcohol cannot be delivered, the delivery driver will return the alcohol to the store on your behalf.

Reasons why your Uber Eats driver cannot complete the delivery
- Owner is not present.
- Owner does not have a valid, government-issued photo ID.
- Owner is under 21.
- Owner appears intoxicated.
Note: You could be charged a restocking fee if you are ineligible/unable to receive alcohol at the time delivery for any of the reasons above.
