What Is Favor?
Favor is an on-demand delivery company based in Austin, Texas. Favor offers anything delivered in under an hour and has expanded to 100 cities across Texas. Orders are placed through its app or website and then self-employed couriers transport orders from stores to customers.
How Does Favor Work For Customers?
Go to favordelivery.com or download the Favor app to browse popular nearby restaurants and stores or tap the ‘search’ icon to order from any store within your delivery zone.
After you order your Favor, it is assigned to one of their Runners, will complete your delivery. Runners act as your personal assistant that you can text throughout entire delivery, so if you need to make any changes, text your Runner to let them know.
