With the Dasher Delivery Preference, Dashers in select markets can select which delivery offers they’d like to receive on DoorDash.
How Does It Work?
Eligible Dashers in select areas will receive a form where they can select the delivery options they do or do not want to receive offers for. Dashers will not receive offers for the delivery option types that they opt out of.
What Preferences Can You Set?
Participating Dashers will be able to select offer preferences based on:
- Merchant type: Grocery, Convenience, Retail, etc.
- Shopping type: Dasher shop vs. Merchant shop, and specific merchants.

When Will Your Preferences Go Into Effect?
Preferences will go into effect each Monday for any forms received by Sunday night 11:59PM local time.
Can You Change Your Preferences Over Time?
Yes. Dashers will be able to update their preferences on a weekly basis over the month of August by completing an updated form. Updated preferences will go into effect each Monday.
