1. Crazy Driving
If a rider feels like their life is at a risk on the way to their destination. You will most likely get a very low rating and reported. Now with speeding there is such a thing as safe speeding and dangerous speeding.
2. A Really Dirty Car
No one wants to get in a dirty car let alone a smelly car. However, we understand as a driver we don’t really always have time in between rides to clean our car.
But if a driver’s car looks like it hasn’t been cleaned for a week or is very filthy and driver has their stuff all over the place. You will most likely be docked a star if not more.
3. Rude/Not Talking To Rider
The thing is there is no rule that a driver or rider have to talk to one another. However, a lot of riders along with drivers will rate low if you don’t talk to them.
4. Damaged car
If the seatbelts in your car aren’t working properly or your bumper is hanging off. You will be rated lowly and most likely be reported for safety.
